Peace post

Over at The Voice of Today's Apathetic Youth, a post was made, a wonderfully enlightening post, about a small village of peace in one of the most violent regions of the world.

Just sitting there, nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize four times, shining a little beacon of hope. Living together when everyone else is attacking and hating one another.

Unfortunately, the Oasis of Peace post didn't incite a single comment, despite how many comments a post about deaths and war in the region usually get.

Well peace is boring.

I should have commented. I was too busy being all leftie.

It's a good news story and I went and read the links.

Well, I thought it was a great underrated story, but I also wanted to see if it might provoke a response from a certain someone...

I didn't really expect a response from him even though my post used dog-whistle words that usually having him sprinting to my blog and salivating at the thought of blood and gore.

Who would have guessed that he prefers the thought of them slaughtering each other in cold blood to the thought of them living in harmony? From the way he posts you'd think it was an impossible task...
